Set between The Gotham Knight and Justice League 2: The Injustice League, the Joker is institutionalized in Arkham Asylum, where he takes therapy sessions under Dr. Harleen Quinzel, who he's got a crush on. Joker though isn't finished with Gotham and plans on turning this asylum upside down in order to bring a smile to their faces!
